My plan for Tuesday.....Kathy where are you?????
Hi all,
Here is my plan for today.....
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and Peanut Butter granola
Snack: Kashi Crackers
Lunch: Well I did not have wendy's chili yesterday because we took my boss out for lunch, so today I am having the other half of my mozzerella and tomato panini and salad.
Snack: Apple and PB2
Dinner: I think we are having Chicken, baked fries and a veggie.
Oh and Kathy....where are you???? You haven't posted for a while now!!!
yester day i did great with my plan up till dinner....my wife made frozen hot wings and well they are not tooo bad for you but if you eat 4 servings(according to the bag) i think its a portion control problem so today is another day..

d-not sure still liking the sheperd's pie idea
