My Plan for Monday
I have to say that even though I did not make a plan for the weekend, I did amazingly good. My friend Kristen and I spent most of Saturday walking around downtown Portsmouth shopping. We had a blast, and found so many good deals and different things. We then went to Dicks, and finally the mall where I found the gift of the day for my daughter. A gold snowflake that is absolutely beautiful. I have been looking since October for one.
Sunday we spent almost all day wrapping, but it is done!!! So I did really good eating, and got most of my water in. I decided to weigh myself this morning, and I am down 1.6 pounds!! I am now officially under 40 pounds left to lose (just barely, but I am there!!)
So my plan for today.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with granola
Snack: Protein chips
Lunch: Wendy's chili and 4 saltine crackers
Snack: Apple and PB2
Dinner: Not quite sure at this point. May just have leftover lasagna. I have my meeting tonight.
So how about everyone else????

great job Bamma! i had a pretty good weekend as far as eating i did have some pudding sat. night for desert but i had worked a 12 hr day and still made it for 50min at the gym so i guess that little slip will be ok.... i hope....

s-tuna with crackers
l- leftover steak and cottage cheese(fat free)
s-a fat free cheese stick if needed
d-i am thinking about some moose meat sheperds pie....but not sure have to check with the chef to see what she has in mind.
i did 45 min at the gym this morning i would like to get there after work for another 45 or so lats see what time i get out of work..
