My plan for Friday
Well today is going to be a challenge for me. I am going through an all day testing, and I will have limited time to eat, and limited food to eat. I don't think that will be the challenging part, but after the testing, when I finally relax. I have to remember not to eat at that point, unless I am hungry.
So here is my plan for today.
Breakfast: one egg scrambled with cheese.
Snack: Protein Chips
Lunch: Tuna and Crackers
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Not quite sure yet.
I don't know how much water I am going to be able to get in today, but I am going to try to do my best.
I am also going to run on the treadmill tonight.

Well my kiddos will be coming home tomorrow so I am gearing up.... :) I've had a good week thus far and I'm hoping to continue the pattern thru the rest of the month.

D- salmon & veg

sounds like every one is on their game.. i have been doing very well with my eating but my gym time is very low this week(due to working 12hr days) i am just running on empty and the extra hour and a half of sleep is sooo needed!
