My Plan for Thursday
Well, besides thinking that it is Wednesday, my day is going well. Yesterday wa a day of not eating enough, but what I ate was good. Today my plan is as follows
Breakfast: I ate late, so I just had greek yogurt
Snack: Cheese and crackers
Lunch: I have left over pasta and meat sauce for lunch.
Snack: Apple and PB2
Dinner: Kashi meal
I have dodgeball tonight, and I am meeting someone to close a show, so it is eat and run tonight.
Still have not had that much chance to exercise, but still hoping to exercise more this week than last.

my week is very busy also this week bamma... no gym this morning due to the fact idid not get home till after 9:00 and then cleaned snow for an hour and by the time i got to bed it was 11:00 and i was just too tired this morning! i will try to go after work if i am not to late.
for my plan..
b-myoplex shake
s-tuna with 8 wheat thins and a low fat string cheese stick
l- is either going to be leftover fish and vegies or a grilled chicken salad from wendys
s-a cheese stick if i need it
d- i think pork chops and a salad
i hope every one is able to follow their plans today and has a great day..
