Monday's Plan
Hello All;
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 6 lbs this week... holy you know what (sure makes up for the -1 last week). Having a plan and keeping track has really proven to work! I'm so excited to be in the 80's!! (-91lbs down) I'm walking on air.............!
Todays Plan:
Jazz this afternoon.
B-Cottage cheese w/fruit
S- String Cheese
L- Beef Stew
S- Whole Grain Crackers
D- Fish & Squash
I will record in fitday.

i had a great w/e for the most part made really good choices and did not over eat! i went to the gym all 7 days last week and i am loosing some weight!
my plan is much like the rest but it is still good th write it down(at least for me)
b-skim lilk shake
s-tuna w/9 reduced fat wheat thins
l-i think a salad with chicken
s-wheatthins if i need them
d- way up in the air (have to pick up my wife at the air port)
i hope everyone has a wonderful day and stickes to their plans..

Wow, you both are doing awesome. Cathy, that is so exciting!!! Yes planning does make a difference.
Speaking of plans, here is mine for the day.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and granola
Snack: right now it is just crackers until I can get into the kitchen to make some PB2.
Lunch: Kashi frozen dinner
Snack: Apple and PB2.
dinner: Steak tips, mashed potatoes and carrots.

You guys are all doing so great! I don't really know how my weekend went because I was at my Mom's, and I didn't write anything down. Plus, I had some cookies and stuff, but I don't think I ate enough of the "good stuff." Anyway, I'm back home and back on my plan:
Breakfast - Shake

Lunch - 3 oz. ham and 1/2 c. leftover fried rice (homemade)
Dinner - leftover pizza (probably 1 to 1.5 slices)
Snack - square of dark chocolate
water, water, water
I took a good walk at lunch
I will write it all in Fitday
Tomorrow I will get on the scale, but I'm a little nervous about it!
