Saturday's Plan

Hey Martha and got:

Hope your friday went according to plan.  Mine was on task :).   Really hoping for at least a -2lb lost this week!  My kids will be home from College next week and as much as I'm going to try to stay focused I have to be real..

Todays Plan:

Jazz this morning

B- Cottage Cheese w/pineapple
S- Sting cheese + 3 crackers
L- Chicken & Carrots
S- Apple
D- Beef Stew + 1 5oz glass of wine (who ever thought I'd be measuring to the ounce  lol)

Hope to squeeze in a 20 minute walk today for a little extra activity.

I will record in fitday and keep the fluid intake steady.

great job cathy !
it has been a very intresting week for me i started out with some very bad food chioces over the weekend and monday..so tuesday a really got back on track! i had a meeting with nancy this week and my first class with dr,wagner and i feel that i am already on my way to some much better choices!

my plan for today is

b- a shake made with skim milk
s-tuna with wheat thins
l- a piece of chicken
s- not sure i have not been needing an afternoon snack lately
d- steak and some fresh veggies

i have to make it through the weekend on plan so i can start the week strong this week and get in to the "habbit" of eating correctly!
i will also get to the gym for atleast 60 min. today..
