Thursday's Plan

My BFF is coming in from San Fran tonight.  I'm picking her up at the airport, and then we'll spend tomorrow together Christmas shopping.  I can't wait to see her.  I'm going to try to stick with my plan as much as possible although I do see a bottle of wine in my future!

So today it's a shake for breakfast,
cottage cheese and cinnamon raisin bread for snack
scallops, rice and green beans for lunch
maybe an apple for snack
chicken pot pie for dinner

A walk at lunch because it's going to be really beautiful!

well here is my plan for today ...

gym this morning
no breakfast due to having an upper gi today
snack a shake
lunch tuna and wheat thins
dinner i think chicken drumbsticks and a salad

gotta stay on track this w/e i have doing very bad on the w/e so i am going to try very hard this w/e!!!

Kathy, I hope you have a great time this weekend.  It is always fun when you can see people you have not seen for a while.  I would not worry too much about the wine, you will be walking it off shopping!!

So here is my plan:

Breakfast:  Greek Yogurt (Pomegranate YUM)

Snack:  6 thin triscuits with peanut butter (ya the real stuff!)

Lunch:  Left over spaghetti

Dinner:  Left over steak and baked potato

I also have a protein bar and protein chips for afternoon snack if necessary.  I have dodgeball tonight, so I am going to staples and kohls after work....got to spend those kohls bucks!!!

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
