Today's Plan
I know I'm late in posting the plan for today. It has been so crazy here at work and at home that I just don't know what end is up right now. Which makes it all the more important for me to have a plan. If I don't, I tend to grab whatever is around.
So today, I had
shake for breakfast
yogurt with granola and strawberries for snack
turkey noodle soup with chicken sausage pies (a home-made concoction)
I also ate a peanut butter ball and another kind of chocolate candy - ugh!
For dinner, I'm going to have ground turkey with some kind of veggie and either rice or potato.
No chocolate square for me tonight because I already had the chocolat today.
I was pretty happy with the way I handled Thanksgiving and the day after, but I didn't do so well on Saturday and Sunday. Then last night, I went out for a drink with some friends at work so I had 2 glasses of wine. Otherwise, I guess yesterday was okay. Gotta drink more water though.

HI Kathy, well I totally dropped the ball yesterday. Even still, I did okay. Being sick does not allow me to let my guard down at all. It is amazing how your body and mind gravitate to comfort food when you are not feeling well. Hopefully, I am on the downside of this, so things will get better for me. I still stayed within my former plans, the only difference is that I did not exercise yesterday. For some funny reason, I thought I should go and register my truck....since it was due in November(really not liking the lease thing!!).
I have not gotten on the scale, although I plan to this morning. I need to hold myself accountable, and make sure it does not get totally out of control.
I will post my plan later on this morning....think I will go back to bed now!!
