Monday's plan

Okay, time to put the brakes on.....

So, I did find out that not having a plan is bad.  It is not that I ate too much, but the opposite, I did not eat enough.  Between black friday shopping, partylite shows, and everything else, I did not only not eat enough, but I did not drink any where near enough all weekend.  I did have a couple of pieces of my signature butter pie, but for the most part, that was it.  So, I am back, and my plan for the day is as follows:

Breakfast:  Granola, greek yogurt and some raisins.  I also had tea with honey because I came down with my first cold in 3 years!!  (thanks Cam!!)

Snack:  I have PB2 and an apple

Lunch:  Well hopefully Wendy's is opened up again, so I can have chili, but if not, I am going to go to hannaford and get a small salad and sandwich.  I will probably not eat the bread because it bothers me. 

After noon snack:  That is a mystery right now, because I thought I had a protein bar here, but I don't so I might get some yogurt, or cheese when I get my lunch.

Dinner:  Not sure, I am going to the gym, so hubby is cooking, but it will probably be anything but Turkey!!

OH and DRINK.....DRINK....DRINK!!!

I am going to the gym tonight, because it is about the only night I can go this week.  We finally brought the treadmill in, and it is set up, so I can run in the AM at home, and hopefully do weights at lunch. 

So what about everyone else
