Plan for Tuesday
So I got into the rest of the popcorn last night. Ate less than the night before (thank GOD!), but it wasn't on my plan, so I'm upset with myself. Otherwise, I had a great day though, so I'll take it. Today will be pretty much the same as all the rest:
Breakfast - Shake
Snack - Cottage cheese with toast
Lunch - Stuffed grapeleaves, green beans and rice pilaf
Snack - apple
Dinner - ???? Maybe leftovers, or maybe some exciting concoction from hubby. I'll have to let you know tomorrow!
Water water water water
It's raining right now. If it doesn't clear, I may go to the gym. If it clears, I'll take a walk at lunch time.

don't beat your self up over the popcorn.. it could have been something Much worse!
i went off my plan a little yesterday but i think i made pretty good choices with what i did..
lunch i endedup having a lowfat buffalo chicken flat bread from subway and for dinner i had some spicy tuna susi ..
todays plan is a lot like the past..
gym before work- check
shake after gym-check
9:30 tuna w/wheat thins-check
lunch salad with chicken-
dinner i think chicken with veggies
and i am going to try to get to the gym again after work buy we will see...
