Plan for Friday and the Weekend

Hi everyone.

So my plan for today is relatively simple!!  A shake for breakfast, which will be my FitSmart shake, with a little bit of peanut butter.

I have light muscle milk 100 calorie premade shake for snack.

Shake for Lunch.  I am going to try and get to the store to buy more yogurt, that was really good in it last night, and I was not hungry at all. 

Lite muscle milk for snack

I am not going to the gym tonight because I have a massage appointment.  If it stops raining, I will take a walk this afternoon.

A shake and applesauce for dinner.  I will probably have something more but not sure.

This weekend, I can start adding mushies, so I have chicken salad that I have chopped the heck out of, yogurt, and tuna.  I am grocery shopping tomorrow, so I will plan more at that point.  Probably get some swordfish.

I plan on going to the gym on Saturday morning.  I just have to make sure to get my water in, and eat right.  the weekends are really difficult for me. 

I will post a better plan for the weekend later.

Hi Martha - So your appointment went well yesterday? 

I had a good day yesterday also.  Today, my plan is just about the same as every other day (kind of boring, but it works) -

Breakfast - shake
Snack - Greek Vanilla yogurt with flax seed, blueberries & granola
Lunch - 3 oz. of chicken salad with miracle whip dressing, celery and onion on Arnold whole wheat sandwich thin and 1 c. of Progresso light vegetable rice soup.  I will try to eat this late (like 3 p.m. so that I won't need an afternoon snack because (see below):
Dinner - It's Friday night, so hubby and I will go out for Chinese food and a scorpion bowl at Peking Garden.  I'm just going to be careful.

It has cleared up, so I'm going to take a walk at lunch time.

This weekend, we're going to my Mom's.  We'll be packing (she sold her place), so I'm hoping that I'll be too busy to eat.  Plus I'm hoping that all that packing and lugging stuff will burn lots of calories!

I got into a pair of wool pants this morning that were a little snug two weeks ago - Yay!

that is so awesome Kathy...you are seeing results already. 

My appointment went well yesterday.  I did get a small fill, and so far I am definately feeling the restriction.  that is a good thing.

It was still raining out at lunch, so I was not able to go out to walk, but I am going to the gym tomorrow.  Have a great weekend.

Is the FitSmart shake something that is available at a store or is it a recipie that you or someone has put together??

I'm going to try CIB this weekend. My wife had some left over. I hope it's tolerable.!!

Hi Rick,

I am not a shake person, and the FitSmart is one of two I can tolerate.  It is made by Fiber35Diet.  You can get it online and also at Herbal Path in Dover and probably Portsmouth.  I know the one in Dover has single packets so you can try just one before buying a whole canister.
