today's plan

wow....I just got spoken to about my plan not being posted :-)  so here it is.  Yesterday went well, I walked 2 and 1/3 miles at lunch, drank over 64 ounces of water, and ate well.  Still not getting on the scale though.  I will just wait until tomorrow when I weigh in at my appointment.  Tomorrow's plan is going to be simple....shakes, yogurt, shakes....blah blah blah.  But today - here goes

Breakfast:  Greek Yogurt, granola and 1/2 banana

Lunch:  1/2 of left over calzone

Dinner:  I have to be better about dinners.  I haven't a clue what I am making.....I have salad mix at home and burgers, so maybe it will be a cheeseburger and salad for dinner. 

I have PB2, an orange and an apple and cheese for snacks. 

I am going to the gym tonight and doing cardio and weights. 

and getting in all of my water again!!

How about everyone else?

hello all...

i had a great day yesterday! food went well drank plenty of water and went to the gym for 55min..


today lets see...

went to the gym before work 30min of cardio.
breakfast 2 scoops of whey proten with skim milk
snack a pouch of tuna
lunch i think i'm going to get a salad
and dinner is WAY up in the air but it will be something good!

keep up the good work everyone

oops forgot chicken for lunch sooo i guess a salad for dinner!
