November Exercise Challenge Week 2
So I heard from three of you last week.....lets get going. I have to admit, being held accountable and sticking to my plan has really worked for me. I did three days at the gym, both cardio and weights, one day walking. So total I got in a total of 225 minutes. How about everyone else?

Last week, I wasn't anywhere near as active as I wanted to be :( I did work out at the gym in Boston, and I took a walk at lunch on Friday, but that was it. Shame on me - I have no excuse. So anyway, you can put me down for 120 minutes for last week. It's supposed to be pretty nice this week, so I'm planning to do more walking. I actually hurt both of my hands knitting this past weekend. Guess I did too much of it. Now I can't unscrew anything or hold anything heavy in my hands cuz they hurt sooooo much. I know I can't do weights until they feel better, but I can walk - and that's what I plan to do.

It was so nice to see you tonight - at the gym :) I ran my 5 miles!!. Now I feel better about running the 8k.
Last week I got in 350 minutes bringing my total to 715.
I'm so excited we are going to see Robin Williams on Wednesday night. I should burn a lot of calories laughing.
