My plan for today
So...here is goes...wi****yped the plan BEFORE i ate the half of muffin...but i didn't! lol
Started my morning at a Body Pump class at the gym. Don't know if any of you guys have taken one of these classes but they are great. My muscles feel something like watery jello...but its good for me! Have alot of things to do around the house for the rest of the day...then friends and family are coming over for cake and ice cream for my oldests 18th birthday. Can't believe she is 18!
Food plan for the day!
Chobani yogurt
1/2 cup mango and a granola bar
egg beaters and a multigrain light english muffin
1/2 a chocolate chip muffin...ohhhh so bad!
cheese stick and granola bar (something quick while i'm cleaning, baking the cake and cooking)
baked chicken, green beens...and i'm sure a bit of stuffing and cranberry sauce
I bought these granola bars for my 5 year old that she HAD to have...High School Musical ones...lol...and low and behold...she hates them! So i've been eating them...they aren't bad, only 5 grams of protein...but only 70 calories...good little snack with only 4grams of sugar.
I'm going to resist the cake...don't like it enough to cheat...but i'm sure i will have a few bites of ice cream...i bought a light kind...not too bad

Hi Kris...I am so glad you posted. I have been MIA. Had a bad day at work Friday, but had a good day eating. Can't figure that out! This weekend, we went to camp and I did really good. But then got on the scale this morning, and had gained. Oh well. Probably because I have really stepped it up with exercise, and I have a really hard time getting my water in on the weekend. Plus a couple of drinks....well you know.

Glad to hear from you. It's been a long while. I didn't have a very good week last week. It wasn't horrible, but it certainly could have been better. The week before was so good. I get frustrated that it's so easy to fall back into bad habits, but so hard to make new good ones!
