Well...fell off the plan yesterday.....

Okay, so I did not post yesterday, and completely fell off my plan.  About the only good thing was that I worked out at the gym for an hour, and ate a really good dinner.  I had my grandson yesterday, and that kind of derailed my day, but it was still great having him.

So right back on it today.

Breakfast.....greek yogurt and peanut butter granola

Lunch...I have chicken soup/stew for lunch that I made last night.

Dinner....I am making spagetti tonight.  I will have the meat sauce, but very little pasta.  I just don't do real well with pasta.

I am really liking the PB2 and apples for snack, and I bought cheese sticks yesterday, so I will bring one or two of those..

Where I was up until 11:30 Tuesday night, 10:30 last night, and Friday night is going to be a late one, I decided not to go to my game tonight at 9:45.  It probably means we will have to forfeit, but this is the first game I have missed, and I do not want to get too run down.  Cam is sick, so is my friend, and she is coming to camp with us this weekend.

So I decided that I really need to get ink for my printer at lunch, so I will go to the gym after work.

Most of all....I will drink my water today.  I got in 2 bottles of water yesterday.  Not good.

Hi Martha,

Going off plan for 1 day isn't bad.  You realize you did and brought it here so now all you can do is move on.  It doesn't sound like it was a total shot day for you.  You did exercise and that's important.

Good idea skipping dodge ball.  9:45 game?  What's up with that?  I'm half way into dreamland by then!

I don't know how the scale keeps moving down, but I'll take it.  I am at 147.8 this morning.  My plan is as long as I don't go above 155 (which is my original goal) I'm good.

I'm having a hard time getting motivated this moring.  I have a strength training plan made up, but I feel so lazy.  Of course I'll feel guilty and mad at myself if I don't do it, so I will.  IT'S ONLY 30 MINUTES!!!

Have a great day!

Hi Lisa,

I know it is not too bad, but I had been doing so well, I was a little disappointed in myself that I let it get out of hand so easily.  But this is a new day.....new plan!!

Ya, I am not about a 9:45 game.  It is because there are so many teams, and the games are 45 minutes long.  They start the games at 6:00, but there are 10 teams this year.  I also am in bed much before that.  I get up at 5:15, so staying up until midnight is really not an option if I want to function the next day!

Martha,

I haven't been around lately, been so busy (making excuses...lol), but i enjoyed reading yours and other posts about plans, and staying on track.  I know i have not been doing well with staying on track, and find myself eating poorly.  Though i know my calorie intake is SOOOO much lower than it was before, i find myself falling into old habits with impulsive eating.  I have been hitting the gym, which is great, and also doing some running....but my eating is BAD!  I have almost hit my goal of 150bs, i'm 155lbs now and a size 10, so i am happy here...i haven't lost anything in months, but i know i will regain if i keep these habits up.  I think i will join you in posting a plan for the day,  and trying to stay on track.  Posting it might help me stay accountable.

Though today wasn't too good already...i had 2 slices of raisin toast!  lol  Well...i will go from here!

Thanks for the motivation...i look forward to this helping me stay on track!  :o)

It is so good to hear from you Kris.  I have missed you, and hoped everything was okay.  I have found doing the plans has been a tremendous help for me.  Keeps me focused.  My hardest time is days off and weekends.  I need to post those days, so I keep my plan going.  I have not stepped on the scale again, but plan to, probably tomorrow.

You are doing great Kris, and have taken the first step in reversing old habits.  that is exactly why I started doing this.  Falling backwards is so easy.

We will help keep you on track!

Hi Bamma

I have been following your posts and have a question.   What is PB2?????

I don't do well with spaghetti, but pasta chewed well is ok.   One day slip up is ok.  Just don't dwell of the mishap.   Go forward to a new day.

Hi, PB2 is like freeze dried peanut butter.  They remove most of the fat and liquid, and it ends up in a powder form.  You just add water.  It is really very good.  It gives me my taste for peanut butter without all of the fat and calories.  I love it on apples.

Only thing is, you can only purchase it online.  I know Kathy put the website up maybe earlier in this post.
