My plan for the day...

Well it is me again.  I did really well yesterday. I ate well, drank all of my water, and walked the commons for 45 mins.

I really wanted to go to the gym today, but I think I am going to have to walk where I forgot my gym bag on the kitchen floor, which is right next to my back door!

Breakfast:  greek yogurt and peanut butter granola (yum)

Lunch:  This was very fast put together lunch, but I am having chicken salad on whole wheat bagel crisps (not the cinnamon raison!)

Dinner:  I brought a kashi dinner to have because I have a candle show tonight.  So I will eat that around 5:00.  The biggest thing I have to remember is to eat earlier so I will want to and be able to eat at 5:00.

My goal is to drink 32 ounces of water this morning, and 32 ounces this afternoon.  I will also walk the commons today. 

I have not weighed myself yet since the last time I did, so I guess I need to do that tomorrow. 

I have tomorrow off, so I hope it doesn't mess me up.
