November exercise challenge week 1
That is right Kathy. Don't keep beating yourself up about it. At least you got to exercise when you thought you wouldn't be able to. I had a little set back today also. I was going to walk at lunch, but I did something to my hip, and it is killing me, so I decided I would rest it today, and go to the gym tomorrow. I am just afraid that I will get back out of the habit of doing something at lunch. So everyone has to kick my butt tomorrow and Thursday.
