I had a so-so first week, but I did get some activity in every day but Saturday.  I've been in the process of getting some kind of crud - sore throat, aches, headache, but no fever.
My minutes = 100.

Hello Martha!!
My day did improve after my morning mishap :) I slowed down like a good girl.

Last week was a good week - 365 minutes.
I ran my 2nd 5K yesterday and took a whole minute off my time, I finished in 33:34. It was probably the toughest run I've done - a few very challenging hills. I feel really good about this one. Have a good week everyone.

You are too funny....it is always those back country roads that get us!!

Rosemary, do not cut yourself short. Ask any runner.  Taking a full minute off your time is amazing.  I am so proud of you.

Hi Martha -

I got in 300 minutes last week.  I'm still here in Boston, and I found a computer in the hotel lobby to check in on.

I did NOT do well on Sunday, yesterday or today with the food.  I'm so angry with myself.  I had several glasses of wine on Sunday, and 3 more last night.  Plus, I had way too many carbs each day.  My one saving grace is that we had an hour and a half for lunch yesterday, so I went to the hotel's gym, which is very nice, and got in a full hour of exercise (cardio and weights).  I didn't get to my Mom's on Saturday, so I ended up having a good day then with the food, and I worked like a dog with housework all day.  But tomorrow I'm heading up to her place.  I've just got to try and be more diligent.

I just have to screw my head back on straight and move forward.  The past is the past -- onto better habits starting now!
