New day new plan
Hi everyone,
Well, I did struggle a bit this weekend, not so much with the food, but with water and exercise. My candle business has picked up for the holidays, so it is taking some of my time. All in all a pretty good weekend though.
My plan for today.
Breakfast: greek yogurt and granola
snack: apple and PB2
Lunch: 2 ounces of steak tips (left overs) and 6 sweet potato baked fries.
snack: salad with 1 ounce of cheese and dressing
Dinner: not quite sure yet. Gary is cooking.
I will go out walking at lunch again...already have my sneakers and headphones in the truck!! I will get my water in!
How about everyone else?

i also had a tough w/e with food though.. my problem is i dont think i ate at the right times so i was hungry alot! so when i did eat i ate a little too fast and maybe too much but not that bad i guess.. i have to start planning better for the weekends when i am at work i have everything all planned and have what i need with me or at work... well the weekends i don't have food or shakes with me so it's hard to "do the right things" so i guess thats something i have to work on.
i was very active this w/e so i guess thats the good side of the w/e!
i had my CIB this morning
shake for snack
1 small porkchop (3-4oz) and rice for lunch
snack (not sure yet)
dinner.... not sure but something good and healthy

protein bars are a great thing to carry with you. You need to find one that has the fewest calories, fat, and sugars, and the most protein. I like the O Yeah wafer bars. There are so many out there. It is a try and try again type thing. You will just have to find one that is good for you. Those might help you get over the hungries until you can eat.
