I cannot believe how the posting of the plans took off.   This is amazing.

Well, my plan took a little bit of a hit yesterday, not really in the eating way, but I did not exercise on Saturday like I had planned.  I am trying to talk my hubby into taking the dogs for a walk on Hampton Beach.  We will be right down there, so I think it would be awesome.  I ate very well yesterday, even though I did a show for most of the afternoon. Eggs for breakfast with salsa and cheese, and a greek yogurt for lunch with granola.  I just did not drink anywhere near enough.  That is what I have a hard time with on the weekends.

So my plan for the rest of the weekend:

Had granola and greek yogurt for breakfast.

I am going to try and talk Gary into going to Hampton Beach, and have lunch.  I would really like some chowder.

Dinner, roasted chicken, with baked potatoe and salad,

I do hope to walk this afternoon.....but the most important thing is to drink, so I am really concentrating on that today.

How about everyone else??

It's such a great idea Martha.  For me, It really makes a difference when I write it down and am held accountable...

I'm holding steady at 800 calories a day which is definitely up from the past few weeks.  I have also upped my exercise so I'm anxious to see what tomorrows weigh in brings.

Today I fit into some clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a longgggggggggg time!  Yippee.

How do you guys measure your food? I've been using the cup method however, am having a difficult time with meat.  I was thinking about getting a scale...

Todays plan:

40 min cardio (20 Elliptical, 20 Treadmill) - Also plan to get outside and huff some wood :-)

B- Egg Salad  (Martha, I'm curious about your greek yogurt.  Is it low-fat?  Sounds yummy/and easy)

L- Baked Chicken/Peas

S- Muliti Grain crackers and slice of cheese

D- 1 glass of wine and small pc. of steak and veg.

I will record everything in fitday

Self care feels good!!

You are doing awesome Cathy!!  Isn't it so nice to fit into clothes that you never thought possible?

I use the okios or or chobani yogurts.  I put a splash of vanilla in it (a very small splash) and truvia (or splenda or purvia or equal)  and then I put a serving of granola.  I make sure the granola is low in fat and sugars.  You can also put sugar free jellies or jams, PB2, real peanut butter, or just about anything.  I love it for my breakfast, and it gives me a good start on protein.

I do not weigh my food, but for meat, I use the visual of a deck of cards is about 3 ounces.  That works the best for me.
