Day Four Plan...doing great!!

You are all doing so good!! Now it's my turn...
I haven't gained any weight however I see a bad habit rearing it's ugly head. I've been eating more at night :(. I have to stop!!! It will catch up to me. I do just fine all day but the nights are tough.
So tonight I will have my dinner - an egg white omlet with onions and a serving of Kashi crackers. Then I will have my snack - either some Fage yogurt with walnuts and surgar free cool whip or an apple with 1 oz of cheese. I will not eat after 8!!!
I am hit tingthe gym today with Tony (my trainer) and tomorrow morning I have my pilates class.
I'll be at my daughters this weekend and sometimes that is a challenge. I plan to do my best.

Hey Rosemary:    You are doing wonderful!  I know what you mean about night time eating... I have the same issue.  In fact, I have to make myself  go upstairs early evening instead of staying down.  It helps  to be further away from the kitchen  :) - Now if we could just get rid of all of those food commercials..lol

Thanks Lisa!  How many times a week are you Jazzing? - Looks like you are doing well... 6.6 below target weight..?  Are you still losing?

I know everyone is different and also at different stages  but I'm curious  what everyone is taking in and burning for calories on a daily basis? - I've stepped up my workouts to  5 days a week and am taking in about 800 cal a day..

Hi Cathy,

I Jazz 3x/week (M-W-F.)  On T-TH, I strength train at home for 30mins each day.  I have been pretty much maintaining my weight for about 3-4 months now....give or take 2-3lbs.  Just so happen this week I lost and I have no idea how that happened because I over indulged quite a bit last week. 

Sadly I do not track my calories per day.  I do wear  heart rate monitor when I work out.  When I Jazz, I lose approx. 660 cals per session.  When I strength train I lose approx. 260 cals.
  Sounds like you will continue to lose weight if you only eat 800 cals/day and also Jazz (how many classes are you doing?)
