Plans for Today
So, I just ate a 100cal pack of sour patch kids and I wasn't hungry. I went to get some Cheez-Its and stopped myself. I got a piece of Trident gum instead and I'm chomping on that as I type. I'M NOT HUNGRY, but I want to eat. I think I'm anxious, but I don't know why.
This is what I have eaten today:
protein drink-2 scoops of Nectar protein powder during/after Jazz.
nachos-Tostitos, shredded cheese and salsa (small plate)
Rice work chips (a handful)
sharp cheddar cheese...2oz (approx.)
sour patch kids-1 100 cal pack
gum
3 cups of coffee
I have no plan for dinner. Leftovers for the family.
I know I need more water and I will get at least 20oz more before bed.

I think you didn't eat enough today. That may be why you want to pick. When you say that the family is getting leftovers, and you have no plan, do you mean you're not going to eat???? Remember, you need at least 60-90 g. of protein. That may help curb the munchies too. But you should give yourself a big pat on the back for stopping yourself before eating the Cheez-Its. I know that those are a danger food for me. Once I start with them, I can't stop. I wish I could say that about carrot sticks!

Hi Lisa...I agree with Kathy, it sounds like you are not eating enough real food. Also the sugar could have set off the munchies. Kudos to you for not grabbing those cheez-its. That would have been it for me too. And the funny thing is, cheez its, gold fish, any cracker like that gets stuck, and I feel awful after eating it!!! I get the foamies too!!
I am drinking more water also. I find that it does curb my appetite, and gives me something to think about. I am also finding myself using the single pack crystal light and other drink mixes. I just need that sweet taste.
