My iron levels (stores) are getting too low and I've been advised by the surgeon's office to add in an iron supplement.  Any advice on which one to pick?  I've seen this one on line...(Ferrochel Iron -- 18 mg) ...what do you think?  ...120 pills for $5.99.

I would definitely ask your doctor for a recommendation as to which kind and the daily amount you should take. After all, he's teh one who will be monitoring your levels and should advise the amount you need. Good luck wiht that.

Any of the nutritionists in the OTC office should be able to steer you in the right direction.

When my iron levels were low Alison gave me a script for an iron supplement.  You might want to give them a call.
