1/2 way there
HEY NEW HAMPSHIRE, I've reached my 1/2 way mark this morning and weighed in at 204.5 with a total loss of 44.5lbs. I've really been pushing myself with the exercise and I know that has been huge part of my sucess. I've only had 1 fill so far and he only put in 1cc because I've been doing so well with losing, but I know its from the exercise because I'm hungry all the time. I'm going to ask for another fill in 2 weeks. Hope everyone else out there is doing well,
I found by starting cross exercising has helped. I was only walking for months but this past month have included bike riding and some boot camp. It has helped so much with toning, i don't have the bubble on the side of my thighs anymore. I love the bike riding because I can go forever on that and find I burn more calories because I can cover more ground. I'm just made that it's starting to get cold and dark earlier so the biking might become less and the indoor boot camp will become more. As long as it all helps shed this fat.
