Surgery Date

My Lap Band surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13.  I saw Dr. Gens yesterday and everything is good.  I see the anesthesiologist on Thursday.

I'm excited and a bit scared - though the excitement far outweighs the fears.  I've been considering this for such a very long time.

Thanks for the support, guys.  I really appreciate it.

I did, in fact, have to leave early.  I brought my best friend along and she had business to follow up on.  I really want to bring her to one with a by-pass speaker and a lap band speaker.  The plastic surgery was interesting, but she is more curious about the entire process.
