Boy, I am slacking...way too much going on right now, but I am still trying to get as much exercise in as possible.  I have reached the conclusion that until after my friends' wedding, I will not make it back to the gym, but I am still trying to walk at lunchtime, just to keep my sanity.  So I did a whole 100 minutes again this week.  How about everyone else.

Hello Martha!

I never posted a goal, but I guess I'll go for 1000.

My total for the past 2 weeks is 427, however I did not add any additional time for the countless hours of painting I did last weekend (still not done!)  I did not exercise on Memorial Day either.  My scale says I lost 4lbs this week so I know much of that has a lot to do with the extra painting exercises.....

You're doing great Martha.  How's the weight been?  Maintaing is good...especially now that you're finding it hard to get to the gym.

Take care-Lisa

Hi - It was so good to see you on Monday night!
And just so everyone knows - Martha looks fantastic! It's amazing how well you have done through a very difficult time. You are an inspiration to us all.

Last week I did 260 minutes bringing my total to 505. I ran my best time last night - 3 miles at a 10:22 pace. I really enjoy running but don't know if it's the best thing for me. I'm a little worried about my knees but I'll decide after my 5K if I'll continue with it.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Rosemary

Thanks so much Rosemary.  It is so great to have all of you for support.  I am getting better every week, so hopefully by the holiday season, I will be back to normal!

Hey Martha!! It's 360 for me this week for a total of 650. That was a miracle after I re-tore the miniscus in my knee, I kept up the pace with weights and upper body workouts and it really helped. Now I have slowly worked my way back onto the elliptical and am headed for the gym now. You are doing great with all that you have been through so don't let it get you down.
I was hoping to go to Derry on Monday, but my daughter has a volleyball game from 5 to 7 so I'll miss it again.
