Still dizzy but much better
Hi everyone,
Well I went to the doctor on Tuesday. He was very upset that I am within that 1% that has a problem with the procedure, but he did confirm that the sicker you are after the shot, the better the results, so that is good. He gave me "vesticular rehabilitation" exercises. They are designed to retrain the brain to recognize a different balance center. I am less dizzy, and can now look out the windshield when I ride. I am still not driving, but if I progress like I am, I could be driving next week. I am just finding myself incredibly tired at this point. I am working from 6:30 to 5:30 or so, and then go home and collapse!!! But for the most part, I am feeling much better.
Oh and he did tell me that as soon as I could drive I can go back to the gym!!!!! YEAH
