August Exercise Challenge Week 2

Hi everyone.  What about this heat...isn't it great!!  Our first "official" heat wave for 2009.  Unbelievable. 

Well, I am feeling better, and back to work, but still not able to drive.  I can look out my windshield now for a little bit!!  I still did not do any organized exercise, but I am going to put down 45 minutes, because I did walk around the outside of my house (wohoo) and shopping, and walking to and from softball fields to watch my son-in-law play softball.  Not much, but hey, I am moving at least. 

How about everyone else....let me know.  And you guys that have fallen off the exercise challenge bandwagon, come on down!!!

Hello Martha,

Glad to hear you're feeling better.  I am loving this weather.  I just came in from floating on my pool float for almost 2 hours.  Now I'm inside with the AC on. 

My total for last week is 261 minutes for a month total of 671 minutes.

My total last week was 280 minutes for a total of 565.

I don't know where everyone went.  Just busy with summer I guess....I will keep posting though, in hopes that everyone comes back soon.
