Hi everyone!

I haven't been on here much lately.  Been going through alot of personal stuff...life!  grrrrrr!  But none the less things with me and my RNY have been great!  I am down to 155lbs...normal BMI...size 10...feeling great.  I don't think i was a size 10 when i was 10!  Its been just over 11 months...can't believe it!   Haven't had a single complication!  Life is good...well with the RNY anyway :)  My sig other moved out, think he is having more trouble with my weight loss than me.  We are trying to work things out though, so hopefully this too shall pass.  I feel so much better with myself, more confident, more comfortable doing things, more energy...I want nothing more than to feel this way with him...but who knows what will happen!

Well, just checking in...hope everyone is doing well.  I will be trying to get to the meeting in Derry this month, hope to see some of you there :)

Hi Kris,

I'm so happy for you!  Your weight loss is amazing!  A size 10 is great (that's what I'm in too....feels so good.)  I'm sorry to hear about your SO.  I hope you can work through things.  I hope you continue to feel more confident, have more energy and do everything in life you have always wanted to do!  You deserve it.  We all do!

Take care,

Lisa

Hi Kris,

So happy to hear from you, but sad you are going through this with your SO.  It is amazing what can happen when one person becomes stronger and more confident.  I am glad that you are in a good place, and you look wonderful.  Sometimes things just need so time to resolve.  Keep positive, and don't be such a stranger!!

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!

Hang in there Kris <3
You should be very proud of yourself - going through a difficuilt time and not going back to old habits is very impressive. I wish you all the best.
