Hi Martha!
Very sorry I have been MIA from OH lately. Just sooo summer time busy! I'm still doing what I need to do and I'm still losing soooo slowly, 1/4 pound at a time. But I'm still losing. I'm going to set 1200 as my goal for August and try to beat that goal. I've also set another personal goal of losing 28 more pounds by the end of October. That'll make an even 100 down and the end of October last year is when I first weighed in with Nancy. It's a tough goal with the weight coming off so slowly, but it's keeping me motivated to stay away from poor food choices.
How are you doing? Are you spending much time Kayaking?

You are doing great!!! I lost 1 lb this week and was a little down in the dumps however, I know I'm doing everything I'm suppose to so I cheered myself back up. :) But as you stated. "but I'm losing" - I've got to keep my eye on my goal, this I know.. Come on 50lbs!! 8 lbs to go to meet my first goal. :)
