Dr. Campbell does not restrict you the day before or even the day of a fill but I like to keep it light.  I usually have a very light breakfast.  After your fill you will be on clear liquids for 2 days then full liquids for 2 days,  They will make you take a drink of water while in the office after your fill to be sure that you are not too tight.

Best of luck...let me know how it goes!

WOW........it was nothing.......and to think I was so nervous....Dr. Campbell is amazing.....I told her how nervous I was and she was great...
Keeping my mind off of the fill and I stared at the ceiling the whole time.....I had a few things to talk about and she was so patient with me and explained everything.....I am very satisfied with her....
Oh ya.....the fill did NOT hurt....I only felt a small pinch...(tip of the needle)

I have been feeling good for the most part.....a little low on energy though.....but I'll get back to normal again....but one thing....I'm kinda afraid to eat solids again.....I am very afraid of puking and slimming....before my fill i felt comfortable with eating.....but I know just from drinking water that I am tighter......any advice would be great.....

Take it easy for a day or two.  Go from fluids to mushy foods just like after surgery.  If mushy is fine then move to solids and chew, chew, chew.  If you can't progress to solids within a few days you might want to call in because even a small fill can make you too tight sometimes.  I had like 1/4 of a cc taken out and it made a difference for me.  Amazing how the band works!
