Hi ladies.  I am AWFUL at posting but do stop in once and awhile.  If I see something I can help with I promise to jump in!

Hello Ladies and gents... It has been a crazy year, what with moving to MA and losing my job (luckily found another within a month!).  I can now say that I am finally feeling like I am getting settled in.  The weight loss has slowed (had gained about 10 pounds in past year but its starting to go away again).  I still lurk on here when time allows.  I am happy to see how many of you are well on your way to a great journey.  You will enjoy all of the "wow" moments!  I am down 130# since surgery 2-1/2 yrs ago and love being able to do activities I had not done in decades.  Take care, I will check in as time allows.
