Welcome to Newbies...but where are the oldies :-)

So we have had many new people on the boards lately, but what about some of you long time members......Where have you gone?  Haven't heard from many of you in such a long time.

 Not sure if  I am new or old but I'm here!  :)  - Kids say I'm old  lol - How goes the Journey Martha?

Hi Everyone!! I'm still here. I know for myself it's been crazy - trying to fit in everything these days.

Actually, you are one of the "newbies", and you are as young as you feel!!! Right?  My journey is going, a lot slower than before, but at least it has taken off again.  I find it is so much easier to eat better during the week.  The nice part is, is that I am almost a year out, and have not gained it all back!!  I am very happy about that.  I also finally feel like I am getting my band where it should be.  Probably a couple more adjustments.

I'm here, but life has been a whirlwind for me lately.  My daughter's wedding is this Saturday, guests are coming to spend the bulk of next week, then off to D.C. for a work conference.  I may land (probably not in Kansas) sometime in the middle of August, so forgive me if I don't post often right now, but I am lurking, just doing it quickly!

Wow Kathy, that time went by fast.  Have a blast this weekend...and look HOT in that dress!!! 

Still here. Just busy working 6 days a week and thentrying to spend time with cody and baby sister jamie. Just nuts right noe. All I want to do is go camping and hike a couple more of the 4000 in white mountains.

You know Martha, when you said you haven't gained your weight back, that struck a chord in me.  Neither have I!  I keep waiting for it to come back on.  It's REALLY nice to feel like I'm in control of my life!  Great job to you during the past year (almost.)  It will be 1 year for me on Aug. 11th!

Martha - what are you talking about - not gaining - you look fantastic!!! I haven't seen you in a few weeks and I could see a change. You look great - all tanned and trim. You look happy too :)
Sorry I had to leave a bit early - wasn't feeling that great - home from work today.
It was so nice to see you - keep up the good work and I know what you mean about the weekends - I like my Monday thru Friday routine.

thanks Rosemary...I thought something was up last night because you did not stay.  I am feeling much better about myself, and I think I finally have figured out my band!!  It is really working for me.....now if I could just let go of that darn head hunger I would be excellent!!
