Hi Cathy,

Conrats on your surgery.

I take the Optisource chewable vitamins.  It's the "post bariactric surgery formula" vitamin available at Walgreens.  It's an all-in-one solution.  One at each meal and at bedtime (4 per day).  They taste like an orange-flavored Tums.  It comes in jars of 120.

I picked this vitamn for the simplicity of having an all-in-one pill.

Good luck.

Hey Cathy...kids meals are the way to go...well I'm 2 weeks out...I had LB and I'm actually eating like a phase 4/5...but the kids meals usually come with applesauce and you can get well cooked veggies and mash them yourself...and if kids meals don't work for you then do side dishes...it is very weird ordering a kids meal but i even have a hard time just to eat a quarter of it....but the leftovers are easier because I don't waste them.....some of the kid meals are pretty big...well at lease they seem big now...........hope this helps you...and keep up the good work
