Okay, here we go again. I am getting discouraged that I never make my goal, so I am going to bring it down a bit to 900. Let's see what happens. What about everyone else...let's keep it going.

Well you keep it up, a little is better than nothing We will make goal this month! I put the podometer on this morning to start tracking steps as well as minutes. I need to realize when I am walking faster and not just strolling along. so I will keep the goal at 450 for this month.

Hi Kathy, nice talking to you today. I really need to get back to basics eatting and exercise. I just got the "My personal Fitness Coach" for my WII...good for these rainy days and then walking when the sun comes out...I'll start easy and say 800 for July...should be doable....
