OOPS, getting hungry---OH NO!!
They wait so long to make sure you are healed all the way. I was banded on June 1st and Hubby on May 11th. Both of us are waiting for our first fills. The important thing now is not to gain any weight back. The hunger is why they call this stage "bandster hell," you are hungry and the band is of little help without a fill.
What I do to get over the hungeries is suck on a sugar free popsicle. Edy's no sugar added fruit popsicles are wonderful for this. I am not much of a pudding person, but i will have some sugar free jello with cool whip free on occasion. Let me know if you need more ideas.
GOOD LUCK!

I just had my first adjustment on 22nd after being banded on March 11th. Don't beat yourself up if you do gain weight. I ended up gaining weight within my third month and it was up and down that month. This is normal because we are learning how to eat and minimize what we eat. After your fill you have to train yourself again to sip you drinks, chew your food forever before you swallow. Or you will have PB issues. Good Luck.
Hang in there!! Remember your staged food plan and stick to it. Drink LOTS of water and use SF snacks to get through the sudden pangs. Kashi protein bars are always in my purse, the trunk of my car, the drawer in my office at work. EAS Protein drinks also. SF popcycles always in the freezer. Popcorn works. And walk, walk, walk. You're doing fantasti****ep up the great work!
