Hope this is Water Weight?!
UGH! I cannot understand. I lost 6 quick pounds after my last fill, then in this past 6 days I gained 10! I have been to the gym 4 times, busy and on my feet a lot, I did eat a little more of the not great choices due to all of the celebrations with graduations etc, but not 10 pounds worth!!
I'm wicked frustrated. I'm praying it's at least half water weight and going to drop off quickly.

It is funny Diane, but I had a fill on May 21, and not feeling much of restriction anymore either. I have lost most of the weight I gained, but am feeling hungry again, and no restriction. I think I am more aware of it now than before. Don't get discouraged though. Remember this is at least a 2 year process, and you have done so well so far. You should be proud of yourself. I know it is hard to not be obsessed with the scale, but don't take it at face value also. There are so many variables.
You both seem like such pros, I wish I could be like that. I had the band surgery on the 15th of june. and lost 20 pounds in one week, but now I am beginning to get hungry. I was wondering why they wait so long to adjust. My first one isn't until another 6 weeks. What do I do now, I don't want to gain what I already lost. AARRRRGGGGHHHHH

Don't beat yourself up. To loose 20 pounds in one week is phenomenal. Just follow your plan, and drink plenty of fluids. Make sure you are getting plenty of protein in, and do things that will keep your mind off of food. Liquids will definately take away that hungry feeling. Part of the tool you have is using the new skills you learned to lose weight. the band is not the magic solution. You need to do your part also.
