June Exercise Challenge Week 3
Hi Denny,
Not really any prize, but I do give you a gold star if you make or break your goal. You just keep track of your time usually in minutes. Set a goal the beginning of the month, and then workout to acheive it. What you do get though is just keeping on track with exercise and being held accountable. And it is fun to see what everyone else did also!!
So let me know what you want to set as your goal. You can start the beginning of July, because we are almost done for June, unless you want to give me a goal for the last week!

HA! I was just joking about the prize. But I figure I work out for 90 minutes 5 days a week time 5 weeks. So, that's 2,255 minutes. That is way higher than everyone else so the competitive nature in me says that I will have to go one minute higher than the highest which is 1,201 minutes.
