I'm afraid my surgery isn't going to happen on monday

I really appreciate everyone's support.  You guys are great.
As of thurs night, some of the tests are back, but not all.  The nurse said that there was hope that the others could be done in the morning.  I have until noon.

I'm still hoping for the best!!!!

 Hey Julie,  Hang in there!  You are right...  IT WILL HAPPEN.  The waiting is a killer.  My thoughts are with you and fingers are crossed.  Keep your chin up!

My surgery has been cancelled.    I'm trying not to cry at work.

I am sorry to hear that.  I am still not understanding why the results could nto have been back by now.  It must have been a test that needs to be sent out.

It WILL happen, everything happens for a reason and pretty soon you will be on the other side!!!

So sorry to hear that. Mine got cancelled at 2 pm the day before because Dr. Gens got sick :(

They got me in the next week though, and other than having to do clear liquids twice it ended up being no big deal.(but I DID cry, and rant, and a few other things that felt good at the time).

My fingers are crossed that all your blood work is OK and they get you back in soon.

Oh, I am sorry to hear that!! Bummer! A big hug to you! It won't be long!
I remember being bummed when mine didn't happen in February, but I found that it just gave me more time to lose pre-surgery weight and get in better shape for the surgery.
I empathize though, that's a big dissapointment.
Keep your chin up and don't comfort eat!!
