Well, the Carvel ice cream cake that is in my freezer has been calling me big time.  I finnaly said "NO".  About time, I say.  So far I have lost 6.6 of the 8 pounds I gained before my fill.  Getting there!

Good for you.  It's saying no to something little that will help you get used to making good choices!

Great job Martha!  I hate when my mind tells me I NEED something when I know logically that I don't.  Sometimes I anticipate being hungry and since I'm at the store, I might as well pick this or that up because I might be craving it at the time.  I have to work on that.

Awesome job on the weight loss too!

That's great!! You're doing fabulous! I'm going for my second fill tomorrow and I'm ready for it.
I don't feel as though I have an restriction at all. Keep up the great work Martha!

Martha - lets face it - the anticipation is usually more exciting than the actual item.  You taste it for a few minutes and then it is gone (right to some part of your body that it doesn't belong!)  Congrats on your loss.  You will get there soon enough!

I'm glad your fill has been so much of a help to you...but it sounds like your mind is making the right choices too!  Nice work!
