Okay, last week.  How did everyone do?  I did 255 minutes last month, which means......I missed my goal by 27 minutes!!!!

I did 230 minutes last week.  I'm very happy with my totals for my first month back to regular exercising.  Are you going to keep the challenge going for June?  If so, I'd like to set my goal for 800 minutes.  If I knew the weather was going to be great, I'd go higher because it's the walking to work part that boosts my minutes.  But if we have a lot of rain, it will be a tough one to make.

As for missing your goal by 27 minutes, I would say that you are too close to say you missed it.  Over the last month, think of all the times you walked that you may not have counted - to and from your car, your office, around the house, etc.  So you see - I'm sure you made it.  Plus, you get an A+ for trying anyway!

thanks Kathy!!!  I never thought of that!  I am continuing the challenge, and I will put your time in.  I thought about it at lunch.  Here is hoping for a fantastic June both weather and otherwise.

Martha I did 255 minutes last week too. My total for the month is 1210.
You had a tough month and you still managed to get in a ton of exercise and you just lost 5 lbs!!!
Yippee!!!!!!

Martha, 
  both Sam and I walked another 90 minutes, I need to set a goal of 200 minutes for June.  I am going to meet with my PC doc and get the ball rolling for me. It is time.

120 minutes for me this week...its something...what can ya do!  I'm going to set my goal for June at 500...we'll see if i can do that

I did 480 minutes last week, but that's only b/c I had a garden to plant and spring cleaning to do.  That gives me 1200 minutes for the month, but I'll be hard press to make that again until it's gardening time and fall clean up.  Well it's at least nice to bust my goal once for the "summer"
