I'm sorry to hear about your loss...thats terrible!  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  I'm happy to hear about your fill, i'm sure it will see it helping you with your eating...you will be back on track before you know it!

I am so sorry for your loss. The pounds will come off again. So just try to fill your weekend with friends and family as they will help you get through this emotional time.

Thanks everyone for your support.  It means so much to me.  We went to Colebrook Thursday night, and then Friday morning we were able to go with the family to pay our last respects.  It was so good to be able to say bye to her.  She looked beautiful.  Ray seems to be doing better, but still so much in shock.  The service was absolutely beautiful, and she is buried on a hilltop overlooking her mountains.  What a perfect site for her.  And it is less than two miles from her home she loved so much. 

I was amazed how much I stayed on track this weekend.  I probably had a few too many drinks but oh well.  I did get up with the dogs at 6:00 am and walked every morning for 45 minutes.  It is back to the gym tonight, and time to get serious. 

Again thanks for all of your kind words.  It really did help make it through all of this.
