Do you know of any in NH, someone you might have used or a family, friend , etc used ?

I don't know how close you are to Dover, but Lance Tillinghast does a lot of disablility.  His firm is Wyskeil, Boc, Tillinghast and Bolduc (I am pretty sure).  They are in Dover.  I think the number is 742-5222, but look it up just in case.  The lawyer I work for does some disability, but it is not his main practice.  I would definately go with Tillinghast.  My boss would even refer you to him.

I saw Tillinghast for a consult and really liked him. I use Tim Beaupre at Shaheen and Gordon in Dover. The only reason I did not go to Lance Tillinghast is that his office is up a flight of stairs, and I can't do that...But Tim Beaupre has been great also. Represented me for SS disability appeal, which we won and ongoing Workers Comp claim, which we have won every hearing so far. I think they are both honest straight shooters. Good luck.
