May Exercise Challenge Week 1
So how did everyone do this week? I know, the black flies are horrendous. But no excuse. I even surprised myself this week, doing 423 minutes!! of course running the 5k helped as did raking and scrubbing camp. But I am well on my way to my goal this week. How about everyone else?

I did 230 minutes last week. Part of that was my usual medicine ball workout, which takes only 10 minutes. Problem is, I hadn't done any exercising except walking since my surgery on 3/23. After doing the medicine ball, I felt like it was my first time ever exercising. I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes for two days! It's amazing how fast we decondition. Oh well, I'm feeling much better today, but I think I'm going to stick to walking only for a little while longer.
