PRH Meeting

I missed the meeting tonight. I completely planned on going, but got busy with my daughter and just realized that here I am at 730 having missed it!!  Anyone want to share any pearls of wisdom from the meeting (or pearls from any other time for that matter)

yes I had planned on going , it would have been my 1st oist op in almost 1 year but my Uncle took ill.


How was it ladies?

The meeting was good.  Quite a few people there, it was very exciting to see such a large group.  We talked about road races that many of us had run in, or were running in.  We talked about the 5 day pouch test which is on the boards quite a bit, and Jeff read an article about the support aspect of the program that was published in the obesity surgery journal.  There were a few questions on how much we should be eating at a certain period and stage.   Probably more but that is about the highlights that I remember. 

We split into two groups at that point.

Reminder, the next meeting will be June 8th, which is a post op meeting.  The meeting on Memorial day is not happening.  A few of us are going to the Derry meeting next week if you want to join us.
