Im filling up my pill boxes and noticed my vit K, E, A OMEGA 3/6/9, ROYAL JELLY pills are all that softgel~clear type. I had a thought that for some reason I possibly couldnt digest them.
Is this correct?

I was never told that.  I take an Omega 3 that is a soft gel pill and never had a problem with it.  You might want to ask your Dr. though.

I never heard that , I take Colace and those are soft gels and Dr. recommended.

perhaps you heard something about Vit D ,  If you take Vit D like I do ,     it can`t be soft gel , it has to be dry, atleast that is what I was told.

I would switch to Optisource Chewables.  They taste like orange flavored candy and are an all-in-one vitamin & mineral supplement made specifically for Post Bariatric patients.  You take one with every meal and one at bedtime.  They are about the size of a TUMS.  It's easy simple and doesn't require any pill swallowing.  You can get them in Walgreens.  They cost about $27 for 120.

If you take these, you most likely won't need to take anyhing else.

Good luck.

I actually take soft gels AND time released meds (with my doctor's and surgeon's approval) with no problem. Not sure the time release are 100% effective, but working fairly well, and better than popping pills 4X day. I also recently started taking citrical petites with no problems.
