The Daily Plate
Thanks Martha for the link to the Daily Plate.
I've been using it every day and it has really helped me focus on what I am eating.
I was eating more calories than I thought and this has helped me prioritize the protein and pass up the carbs more often. When you add every tbsp of ketchup and/or mayo that makes a big difference.
I like adding in the excercise after and seeing the total calories go down.
I never really thought about that part before. I eat 900 calories and my work out takes off 350 and so my total is below 600!! yippee!
And I actually went a day without getting on the scale!
That's big progress for me!
Here's the link for anyone else who wants to check it out. You can track your calories and excercise.
