IMPULSIVE eating! ARGHHHH
So...this morning my daughters friend came over, donuts in tote! I don't even like donuts...but impulsvely i ate one...well a half of one! I couldn't believe it, i don't think I even thought about it, but i ate it...my kids jaws dropped! I was not happy with myself...I then went out for a run/walk...got in 2 miles. I felt slightly better, but still annoyed with my stupid decision! I guess it could have been worse...but a DONUT...YUK!
Well...I WILL move on, get over it, but WON'T let it happen again!

Yup, acknowledge it, and move on. We are all human, and all do this so don't beat yourself up too bad. It is all a learning experience.
I cannot believe you did not dump though!!! Good for you getting right out there to exercise. That definately cut down the damage, if there is any anymore.
Keep up the good work Kris...

Hey Kris,
Don't worry about the slip. It happens to the best of us. The key is that you only ate half, realized what you did and moved. Think of what you might have done preop: You probably would have eaten the whole doughnut without even thinking about it. Me, I probably would have eaten the whole thing and picked at another one. Then I would have felt guilty about eating it, given up on the day - or week, and continued to make bad eating choices. And I certainly would not have gone for a run!
See, you shouldn't feel so bad!
