I have my date....
It's only four weeks away! It's so exciting! 
It felt like it took ofrever to get my insurance approval. It was received by the insurance on March 9th but submitted to the review board on March 11th. I was told it averages 30 days. My approval was granted/mailed on Thursday April 23rd. I spoke with Betty the following Tuesday when she returned from vacation and requested that my surgery be on a Friday. That way most of my hospital stay will be over the weekend and my husband won't have too many days to worry about getting our daughter up for school 
She said the first Friday available would be 5/29 but of course she'd have to check all availabilities (2nd surgeon, etc). Two days later Betty called back to confirm the date of 5/29.
I have Lumenos insurance coverage through BCBS.
