April Exercise Challenge Week 3.....Where did everyone go??
Hi everyone,
Well our numbers are dwindling....we need to step it up. I cannot believe that everyone is NOT exercising :-) So give me your numbers.
I have stepped it up considerably. Working with my trainer from 5 years ago. Love her!!! She really has me motivated. Between cardio, weights, and Wii fit I managed to do 345 minutes!! This brings my total to 1005 so it looks like I will make and break my goal for the first time I think.

Hey Martha...well, to meet my goal for this month i better get moving! I got in 75 minutes this week...somewhat PATHETIC if i do say so myself. I've had alot of stuff going on in my personal life..things have been tough, but i still need to move it! So in total i have week one= 120, week 2=0, and week 3 =75 for total so far of 195. Making that goal will be tough, but i'm going to try and get exercise in everyday this week!
Great job on working with your trainer...i have been thinking of getting a personal trainer myself. It would be good to have some guidance, and more accountability.

Don't be so hard on yourself. At least you are making an attempt with everything else going on. I think a personal trainer is an excellent idea. I hired mine when I was losing weight on my own. She is so good for me. She really motivates me.
So, just try and do the best you can, and hang in there.
